Hi Guys, I have been meaning to write you for the longest time. Thanks for the hospitality you showed me after I dropped in unexpectedly to see your wonderful B & B. What a great job you did in making your dream come true. I can see why your guests leave such terrific compliments in your guestbook. I hope this finds you both well this winter season. Hugs, Missy

Eason Estates is one of the best places I've ever stayed at. I arrived dead tired at their door step after travelling through 5 different time zones in the last few weeks and all I wanted to do was to go home. At Eason Estates, that is what I got. A wonderful warm and cosy room, access to the kitchen which is filled with treats and access to laundry (which I really needed to do!). I felt at home straght away. Shaun and Beth were the most gracious hosts, friendly and very helpful. Beth's breakfasts are to die for. Her granola is the best tasting in the whole world. I'll be back, that is for sure.

A truly spectacular B&B!! As you enter through gated arches at the rear of the property, you’ll experience the captivating beauty and tranquility of a very special place. Attention to detail abounds in a gardener’s paradise that is perfect for memorable occasions and moments. The owners (Beth and Shaun) have created a peaceful setting, one well suited for touring with a morning cup of coffee or evening refreshment; simply outstanding. The home is absolutely stunning, an undertaking that took several years to complete. I enjoyed hearing the evolution of Eason Estates; be sure to ask Shaun and Beth of the details. There are four bedrooms with various themes and décor. Their website does a superb job of describing the amenities of each. The solarium is a wonderful gathering place for various occasions, and I often spent time enjoying breakfast or sharing pleasant conversation with other guests and, of course, Beth and Shaun (as well as Stella and Zoe - two of the best cocker spaniels I will ever meet). The parlor is a quiet place to read and spend time after daily activities. A great kitchen is available for use, which is complimented by an exterior patio and grill; cooking a great steak while enjoying some of the local wines of Woodinville is a tempting option for guests to consider. Beyond the personal comforts of the B&B, I have used the solarium for business meetings and off-site activities. It is ideal for smaller gatherings with a personal setting. It sets up nicely for a unique experience where you can utilize the retractable projector screen for business presentations. We have had great working sessions while enjoying lunch and refreshments outside. The service and facility is fabulous. Eason Estates is a very special and memorable place for me. Among the many things that I enjoyed, the one thing I’ll remember most is the gracious and unselfish efforts of Beth and Shaun. Being new to the state of Washington, this was the best welcome anyone could have experienced. They are wonderful hosts and truly connect with their guests in genuine style. It is a place of lasting memories for me…. Thank you Shaun and Beth. All the best for you and Eason Estates!!!

I knew something fantastic was in the cards when, after arriving late evening at SeaTac in a torrential downpour, our troop woke up at Eason Estates to beautiful rooms, a breaking weather pattern and a well appreciated lift down to the train station (on our way to Vancouver). That quick one day escapade to Canada was neatly followed up with a ‘Shaun Special’ – a handcrafted tour of the local wineries that was executed in weather that can be described as a hanging curve ball on a 3 and 0 count. It would be absolutely remiss to not ask Shaun and Beth about experiencing some of these local gems. Throw into the mix some outstanding cuisine designed at the hand of Beth, a couple additional, indelible cohorts and an enveloping sense of comfort that the Estate exhales… and you have yourself one heck of a meaningful experience. Our trip out to the NW was about three weeks ago and this Virginia kid still can’t shake the thought that he needs to get back out there as soon as humanly possible. Why? A very large part of that can be attributed to where we laid our heads. Thanks for a ‘fabuloso’ time Shaun and Beth and I look forward to chatting with you both soon! Oh, one other thing. Word!

My husband and I were very pleased with Eason Estates and would highly recommend this B & B. From the wonderful greeting, along with a great bottle of local wine and a generous appitizer of goat cheese, hummas and nuts to the very end a very deliciously fresh breakfast the following morning. The inn is only 7 minutes to the local "big" wineries and just can't be beat for location. Before we chose this inn we had planned to book at the Willows lodge we are glad we did not. This inn is a great value, and oh the dogs are sweet!

Eason has been open for only 6 months or so. My wife and I, along with my parents, found it to be a pleasant experience. The proprietors are two former educators, who have pulled out all of the stops on comfort, convenience and that "at home" feeling. They feature four themed rooms, a shaded and mature garden area, a quaint sitting-parlor and a cozy kitchen area, perfect for chatting and partaking of the stocked fridge. Eason is close to wineries, breweries and other local attractions. We were even provided transportation to and from a local concert. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone. But I wouldn't be surprised if in the near future, one might have to book well in advance, once the word gets out about Eason Estates.
