What a delight! As a frequent business traveler, I have enjoyed dozens of B&Bs across the US and Canada; but Eason was the best. Shaun and Beth were the perfect hosts, going out of their way to engage my occasionally 'different' requests (Do you have a bicycle I can borrow to go to my meetings?). The wireless in large, warmly decorated common spaces was perfect, and this is the first B&B that offered a nice beer selection in the fridge (I live for 'that beer' after a long day, and the typical trekking to the nearest beer store has never been a strength of most B&Bs; but Shaun and Beth have solved this perennial difficulty!). It is also just two blocks to the small cute downtown of Bothell, and two miles to the business park. Shaun even drove me to dinner when he felt biking in the dark might be a bit 'unbecoming for a guest'. The individual rooms tend to be smaller than most B&Bs, but the glorious large common spaces (with lots of privacy; there are only 4 rooms, and the owners have their own place connected to the B&B) more than made up for this.

What an absloutely, lovely, wonderful stay we had at Eason Estates. We were greeted with warmth from the outside,a welcoming garden, to the inside, that would be Shawn with his generous, kind personality. No feeling of getting used to the place here. It just felt like home. No matter where the eyes gaze it is appealing and interesting. The gathering and breakfast room is amazing, the sitting room is so relaxing, and the bedrooms are gorgeous. The bed was so comfortable with its cozy bedding and perfect pillows. My husband and I loved our "Margariteville room" with its Mexican flavor and art. There were six from our family staying at Eason Estates. We were in the area for a family wedding. We were all so thrilled with Eason. In the morning a tray is placed outside your bedroom door with a pot of coffee and beautiful china and pretty linen napkins. Breakfast created by Beth is amazing...every morning was a new taste treat, which was served by smiling Shawn and an adorable helper, Lindsey. Not a detail was missed by Beth or Shawn. As a matter of fact, the list is endless as to the little things and touches they provide, as well as to the feeling of ease and graciousness Shawn and Beth extend to make your stay highly enjoyable, comfortable and memorable. We can't wait to visit again. Thank you Shawn and Beth. You are wonderful.

We had a glorious 4 nights at the Eason Estates Bed and Breakfast. It was better than visiting family (and I love my family!) because Shaun and Beth made us feel so welcome. They were available to speak with for tips on things to do and places to go but we came and went as we pleased (can’t do that with family!). They have painstakingly restored a Craftsman 1906 home but gutted it in the process to insulate the walls, install luxury bathrooms (they even thought to put a dimmer switch on one set of lights in the bath!) and provide all the conveniences of home. The attention to detail on decorating made every room a feast for the eyes. Our queen bed was so comfortable; I had no trouble sleeping soundly the first night (very unusual for me). We had the option to have a tray with coffee/tea delivered outside our door at the time of our choosing and breakfast was served in the beautiful solarium with heated tile floors. Breakfast each day varied and was delicious and generous. Shaun told us there are 80 wineries in the vicinity (we only made it to a few so we'll have to go back) and we were 20 minutes from the Boeing Plant to see how they are building the 787s. When it was time to leave Monday morning, we made it to SeaTac in 35 minutes. Cowboy Up was our room but we had a chance to peek at the others when they were between guests and every room is a winner! My husband has had the opportunity to work at The Blair House in Washington, DC (where the President hosts visiting heads of state) and he thinks Eason Estates is on par with Blair House, in terms of beautiful art and delightful interiors.

W-o-w! Best b&b experience I have ever had ...bar-none! We arrived to the most incredible, enchanting b&b, impeccably-appointed, and shared a fine drop of local 'red' from Innkeeper Shaun. The following day, Shaun led the way in his vintage MG to take us to the most incredible vinters in the region, and we had the head-ache the following morning to prove it! I give Eason, Shaun, and his fine partner Beth made the most incredible breaky's that made my eyes tear up...this is indeed a 12/10 venue and heartily recommend to all :)

As retired airline employees my husband and I have traveled most of the world. We have never recieved as gracious hospitality as Shaun and Beth`s. We stay at Eason Estates several times a year and always look forward to staying at our home away from home. Their dogs make the stay even better. Highly recommend !

I just wanted to thank you both for the hospitality you gave to my friends and family March 20th-my wedding day. I am a 55 year old bride and my elderly parents live with me. We needed a place to house friends and family after our wedding reception which was held across the street at the "Northshore Senior Health and Wellness Center". It was so comfortable to have the use of the solarium to visit with some of our friends and family after our reception. I could not use my own home since my parents were there and ready to rest after a big day. Both my sisters enjoyed their overnight stays so much they plan to stay again. My brother is planning to reserve a room with you for his 44th Anniversary. Eric and I felt the night in your "Laura's Quilt" room was the perfect ending to our Wedding Day!

Hi Guys, I have been meaning to write you for the longest time. Thanks for the hospitality you showed me after I dropped in unexpectedly to see your wonderful B & B. What a great job you did in making your dream come true. I can see why your guests leave such terrific compliments in your guestbook. I hope this finds you both well this winter season. Hugs, Missy

Eason Estates is one of the best places I've ever stayed at. I arrived dead tired at their door step after travelling through 5 different time zones in the last few weeks and all I wanted to do was to go home. At Eason Estates, that is what I got. A wonderful warm and cosy room, access to the kitchen which is filled with treats and access to laundry (which I really needed to do!). I felt at home straght away. Shaun and Beth were the most gracious hosts, friendly and very helpful. Beth's breakfasts are to die for. Her granola is the best tasting in the whole world. I'll be back, that is for sure.

A truly spectacular B&B!! As you enter through gated arches at the rear of the property, you’ll experience the captivating beauty and tranquility of a very special place. Attention to detail abounds in a gardener’s paradise that is perfect for memorable occasions and moments. The owners (Beth and Shaun) have created a peaceful setting, one well suited for touring with a morning cup of coffee or evening refreshment; simply outstanding. The home is absolutely stunning, an undertaking that took several years to complete. I enjoyed hearing the evolution of Eason Estates; be sure to ask Shaun and Beth of the details. There are four bedrooms with various themes and décor. Their website does a superb job of describing the amenities of each. The solarium is a wonderful gathering place for various occasions, and I often spent time enjoying breakfast or sharing pleasant conversation with other guests and, of course, Beth and Shaun (as well as Stella and Zoe - two of the best cocker spaniels I will ever meet). The parlor is a quiet place to read and spend time after daily activities. A great kitchen is available for use, which is complimented by an exterior patio and grill; cooking a great steak while enjoying some of the local wines of Woodinville is a tempting option for guests to consider. Beyond the personal comforts of the B&B, I have used the solarium for business meetings and off-site activities. It is ideal for smaller gatherings with a personal setting. It sets up nicely for a unique experience where you can utilize the retractable projector screen for business presentations. We have had great working sessions while enjoying lunch and refreshments outside. The service and facility is fabulous. Eason Estates is a very special and memorable place for me. Among the many things that I enjoyed, the one thing I’ll remember most is the gracious and unselfish efforts of Beth and Shaun. Being new to the state of Washington, this was the best welcome anyone could have experienced. They are wonderful hosts and truly connect with their guests in genuine style. It is a place of lasting memories for me…. Thank you Shaun and Beth. All the best for you and Eason Estates!!!
